なんで？これは .NET Framework のエラーだと思います (実際に画像を作成しようとしているわけではありません)。

一時的な解決策を見つけました。IIS を再起動し、Temporary ASP.NET Files ("%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files") を削除します。しかし、このエラーが本番 Web サーバーで発生した場合、一時的なものでは不十分です...

web.config でこの設定をtrueに変更すると、修正されました。
