これにはAsycTaskは必要ありません。それを削除して、onlocationchanged() メソッド自体ですべてを行います

     public void onLocationChanged(Location location) 
         {
             googleMap.animateCamera(CameraUpdateFactory.newLatLngZoom(location, 15));
           }
