HTTPS を介したライブラリのすべての要求は機能しますが、HTTP を介したものはありません。昨日これが機能していた理由と、今すべてを HTTPS に変更する必要がある理由を理解したいと思います。composer ファイルを変更して貢献することはできず、回避策よりも解決策を望んでいます。

http、https を ssh に切り替えれば、問題なく動作します。
