ios - MapKit は常にユーザーの位置を中心にしています

Question

ロード時に現在の場所に適切にズームするマップがありますが、ユーザーの場所にすぐにズームインしない限り、マップをパンできません。追跡モードで遊んでいますが、正しい修正が得られていません..ここにいくつかのコードがあります。助けていただければ幸いです。
