java - 配列をバイナリ ファイルに追加する

Question

こんにちは、入力したデータをバイナリ ファイルの末尾に追加するのに問題がありました。その方法を調べたところ、スタック オーバーフローに関する解決策が見つかりました。

このコードの allTowns は、追加したいデータが保持される配列です。私が得ている問題は、プログラムを実行すると、最後にファイルの内容が表示され、このコードの一部がファイルにまったく書き込まれないことです。なぜこれが機能しないのか、または必要に応じて別の方法を推奨するだけでもかまいません。
