VBAとWindowsImageAcquisitionライブラリ（WIA）を使用してADFからスキャンしようとしています。ADFにページがロードされているかどうかを確認しようとしているので、別のページをスキャンするかどうかがわかります。この機能は、Windows 7（私の開発マシン）ではうまく機能するようですが、Windows XP（本番マシン）では機能しません。MSがVistaをリリースしたときにWIAにいくつかの変更を加えたことを知っているので、これが問題の原因である可能性があります。

これが本番マシン（Windows XP）ではなく開発マシン（Windows 7）で機能した理由は、オペレーティングシステムとは何の関係もありませんでした。違いは実際にはドライバーのバージョンにありました。開発マシンでスキャナーをテストすると、Windows Updateに接続され、そのスキャナーで使用可能な最新のドライバーがダウンロードされました。WinXPマシンは、同じスキャナーに古いドライバーを使用していました。WinXPマシンのスキャナードライバーを最新バージョンに更新することで、問題が修正されました。
