android - ナビゲーション ドロワーで Appcompat ツールバーが表示されない

Question

アプリで次のように構成しようとしています。

• ツールバー (Appcompat v7 バージョン)
• ナビゲーションドロワー
• Lollipop Appcompat v7 マテリアル テーマ以前

ここの指示に従いました: http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2014/10/appcompat-v21-material-design-for-pre.html

ただし、テーマで .NoActionBar を宣言し、ツールバーをレイアウトに配置した後、ツールバーが表示されません。最終的に得られるのは、アクションバーなしを宣言したときに期待するものとまったく同じです-アクションバーなし. レイアウトは次のとおりです。
