私は過去2日間、hostgatorvpsにsquidキャッシングプロキシのインストールを試みました。

squidサービスをオンにして、squidログで常に同じ問題「ipcCreate：/ usr / lib / squid / ncsa_auth：（13）Permissiondenied」が発生するところまで到達しました。
