SOAPpyでこれを行う方法はわかりませんが、sudsで行う方法は知っています。SUDSはSOAPpyと同じことを行いますが、より新しく、引き続きサポートされています。SOAPpyはもうサポートされていないと思います。以下に、WSDLに接続してSOAPリクエストを送信するためのコードを示します。
