Twitter の GET friends/list API を使用してアプリをテストしているとき、JSON の "following" キーは、ユーザーがフォローしていても常に false/null になります。このシナリオが発生し続けるのはなぜですか?

認証されたリクエストを行ったユーザーとは異なるユーザーに対してリクエストした場合、フォローステータスは認証されたユーザーに基づいているため、多くの false 値が含まれる可能性があります。

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/friends/list.json?cursor=-1&screen_name=twitterapi&skip_status=true&include_user_entities=false

そのため、twitterapi のような一般的なアカウントの場合、ほとんどの場合、多くの false 値が表示されますが、同様のアカウントをフォローしている screen_name の場合は true 値が表示されます。

screen_name を指定せずに試してみると、常に真の値が得られるはずです。
