5683 にバインドするプロセスを強制終了するには

sudo kill -9 $(lsof -t -i:5683)

おそらく、以前に起動したバージョンのサンプルがまだ実行されているため、既に UDP ポート 5683 を使用しています。コンソール ビューを使用するか、デバッグ パースペクティブのデバッグ ビューから強制終了してみてください。
