Androidアプリにサービスがあり、アプリがタスクマネージャーから強制終了されてもバックグラウンドで継続的に実行したい.現在のコードは、ロリポップ以前のバージョンではうまく機能します.しかし、ロリポップでは機能しません（ロリポップでは、タスクマネージャーから停止します）これを解決する方法。
