MacOS に DMG パッケージ アプリをインストールする際に奇妙な問題が発生しました。以下は私が知っていることですが、何が間違っているのかまだわかりません。
skypeまたはinkscapeを使用してMacOS（10.13.4）にインストールしようとしました
brew cask install skype --debug
しかし、次の出力でハングします。

と の両方brew doctorにbrew cask doctor問題の兆候は見られません。また、LittleSnitch ファイアウォールを無効にしました。ウイルス対策プログラムをインストールしていません。他の DMG 関連パッケージをインストールすると、すべてこの問題が発生します。しばらく何もインストールできませんでした。これはhdiutil自作のバグではなく、システムの問題であるように私には思えます。sudo役に立たない、どういうわけか「不明なUID」が表示されます。
ただし、ダウンロードした DMG をダブルクリックすると、正常に機能し、インストールも問題ありません。
