kubernetes - K8S で HAPROXY イングレスを開始できない

Question

https://haproxy-ingress.github.io/haproxy ingressを使用しています

k8s にすべてデプロイすると、quay.io/jcmoraisjr/haproxy-ingressコンテナの起動エラーが発生し、

以下のログプリント：
