ファイルの名前を.mmに変更するか、.mファイルを選択して「ファイルタイプ」を「Objective-C++Source」に変更することができます。

翻訳はCまたはObjective-Cだと思いnamespaceますが、C++やObjective-C++のようにキーワードではありません。

もう1つの可能性は、前のヘッダーが本体を閉じなかったことです（たとえば};、クラス宣言の最後で忘れられ}た、関数定義の最後で忘れられた）。
