UNIX ソケットは、ファイル許可スキームに従わなければなりません。したがって、/var/run は www-data によって書き込み可能である必要があり、nginx は /var/run/uwsgi.sock を読み書きできる必要があります。

この種のことに慣れていない場合は、tcp ソケットを使用する必要があります (ポートを選択すれば準備完了です)。
