バインディングの作成後に BindingElement にクォータを設定しても、そのバインディングには影響しません。

編集（どのバインディングが使用されているかわからないため）：

リフレクションを使用してプロパティを設定できます。設定する前に、バインディングに実際にプロパティがあることを確認する必要があることに注意してください。すべてのバインディングにこのプロパティがあるわけではありません。それをサポートしていないバインディングで設定しようとすると、例は例外をスローします。
