こんにちは、ファイルをアップロードするためのこのコードがあり、正常に動作しますが、フォルダーからファイルをダウンロードしたいときに、ページがダウンロードされません。

例: /Prova%20de%20Aptidão%20Profissional.png

要求された URL /Prova de Aptidão Profissional.png は、このサーバーで見つかりませんでした。

試す 

urlencode($_FILES["file"]["name"]);

これらの文字を除外し、フォルダーにスペースを入れない方がよいでしょう。
